Intermediate classes are for students that feel comfortable and strong in the Open level classes and want to work on more advanced poses and transitions. This class is not recommended for beginners.

Open level classes work with all skill levels. Students are given options to either progress into more advanced expressions of the poses, or to stay where they feel comfortable. While we strongly recommend that absolute beginners start with a few Basics classes before coming into the Open level, these classes are open to everyone.

Basics classes focus on fundamentals and the foundations of yoga poses. These are our beginners classes and also great for anyone coming back to yoga after not practicing for a while. Advanced yogis may want to drop in from time to time to check back in with the foundations of their practice.

Candle light classes are slow-paced, lit by candles, and focus on breathing, stretching, and alignment. These classes are based in Yin and Restorative postures – long held poses using props to promote relaxation and openness throughout the body. They are open to all skill levels and a nice class to end the week or weekend.

This class is designed to loosen up tight bodies and increase flexibility through deep, long held stretches and poses coupled with Yin and Restorative-style yoga to make your body feel supple, flexible and relaxed. This class is ideal for athletes, suitable for beginners and good for anyone looking to relieve stiff, rigid muscles and joints.

**Outdoor classes are held outside in temperatures of 68 degrees or higher. If it is too cool, raining or the deck is wet from recent rain, this class will be held inside.**

Power yoga classes are strength-based and maintain a constant flow throughout the course of the class and often include more advanced poses and transitions. This class is recommended for those with a strong yoga practice who do not need basic poses broken down and explained. We suggest beginners take our Basics or Open level classes.

OUTDOOR classes are held outside in temperatures of 66 degrees or higher. If it's too cool, raining or the deck is wet from recent rain, these classes are held indoors.

*OUTDOOR classes are never canceled.

Private Yoga Session $115 per classPurchase required to enroll

A private session is ideal for those brand new to yoga or anyone looking to work on a specific pose or have a practice tailored specially to your yoga-based wants and needs. Go ahead, treat yourself this new year!

Virtual Open Level Class (online only) $10 per classFrom $7 per visit with Virtual Class 5-pack passPurchase required to enroll

To participate in a virtual class, sign up online for the virtual option on our schedule just like you would for an in-person class. From there,you'll need to download the Zoom app to your phone, tablet or PC and create an account (it's free!). It'll ask for your name, email and prompt you to create a password. It may ask you to start a 'test meeting' - you can ignore that. We recommend taking this initial step of downloading the app and creating an account before the start of the class. Once you've downloaded the app and created an account, you'll be able to easily and quickly sign into classes using the invitation email for each class.

You'll receive an invite to the Zoom 'meeting' shortly before the start of class. This invitation will go to the email you used to sign up for class and will provide a link that will bring you into the meeting/class. Please make sure your speakers are not muted! If you are unable to hear the instructor, please check your speakers first and foremost. Each class is scheduled for an hour and 5 minutes - the first 5 minutes will be for 'taking attendance' virtually and then the meeting will be locked to ensure there are no interruptions. Please make sure to sign in within the first 5 minutes! Signing in a few minutes early to make sure you have no tech issues is recommended.

Tips for making an 'at-home yoga studio':
Pick an open spot in your home (or move some furniture around to make room for your mat with a little space around each of the 4 sides).
For a little ambiance, light a candle or some incense, dim the lights, face your mat away from distractions like a sink full of dishes or unfolded laundry.
If you have a pet, it can be fun to let them participate! But if that's annoying to you, consider locking them out of the room.

Indoor Yin Yang Yo - 45 min Power yoga/30 min Restorative yoga $25 per classFrom $23 per visit with 5 Class Pack passPurchase required to enroll

In this class, you'll be given noise-canceling, blue-tooth headphones to wear throughout class in which you'll hear only music and the instructor's voice to keep you totally focused the whole time you are on your mat. This class is our signature YinYangYo class which starts with 45 minutes of Power yoga and ends with 30 minutes of restorative yoga. Not recommended for those new to yoga.
